Right now there are thousands of people heading into a refinance and that is incredibly smart.  Also, thousands of people are trying to buy homes.  Check out how low these rates are! This is the kind of thing that people will be talking about for many years to come.  Please don’t let yourself be that person who says “I should have. . . back in 2012.”  The  rates I was emailed today from one of the loan officers I always like to recommend are around 3.25 for most loan types if you can quailfy.  They are brokers with some really great things going.  See for yourself.  But don’t look too long, because this really will not last.  Period.
