Thanks to Jay W. Cook of Cook Noell Tolley and Bates who was our attorney on the deal, for the Buyer Doug.  Doug was buying his second investment property in as many months.  This was  home on the west side of Athens, an REO from BofA, which was a 3 Bed, 2 Bath home that was a wopping $37,500.  This was the best deal in the neighborhood!  If you are looking for any deals like that please don’t hesitate to call so I can add you to my buyers list.  I will get some before and after photos up here to show you how easy it is to get some of these homes up and ready for renting or flipping.
